Golden Tickets Galore!!
Congratulations are in order for another student ours, Alaina Close! She was also chosen as a winner of the Grundy County Sheriff’s contest, Santa’s Extra Nice List. Kids were nominated and chosen for all of the good deeds that they do! Deputy Roach escorted her home from school Friday. Her 3rd grade class also participated in some of the fun!
The Morris 54 PTO's Jr High Lock-In will take place at an adjusted time due to the weather. Doors will open at 6:30 pm. The event will last until 9:30 pm. All students must be picked up by 9:30 pm. This will allow everyone to get home before the worst part of the storm.
A few more of our students ended up on the EXTRA nice list and recieved a ride to or from school with a Grundy County Sheriff. #teachmorris

The Braves Wrestling team saw victory last night at Peotone with a victory over Peotone 46-42 and a close loss to Bradley 50-56. Great Job Braves!!
The 8th grade boys Braves Basketball team had a big win last night with a 52-51 victory over a tough Manhattan team. A big win as the Braves head into the IVC tournament this weekend. Great job and Go Braves!!

Our very own Principal on a Shelf was back today! He made his rounds throughout the school to check up on our students and make sure they were behaving. We think Santa will be pleased with the results! 😊🎄🎅🏻
