Dear Morris Grade School 6th grade girls basketball parents,
Unfortunately due to low numbers this season for 6th grade girls basketball, we will not be able to fill the required number of players for a team, so we will have to cancel the 6th grade girls basketball season. However, the 7th and 8th grade seasons will proceed as scheduled and those 5th and 6th grade girls who are currently out for the team will be able to play out the season with the 7th grade team. It is unfortunate, but hopefully by next year we will be back to a sense of normalcy and will be able to host all levels of all of our sports. Due to the forecasted weather, Track practice will be held at the regular times in the Morris Grade School Main Gym tonight.
It was a Great Day for the Runnin Braves as we opened our track season today vs Wilmington and MVK. We had multiple PRs and 1st place finishes but it was just great to be able to get out and compete! Great Job and Go Braves!
