Dear Morris 54 Families,
We are so excited to get back to Hybrid Learning next week! Please take time to review the attached document that applies to your learning model choice. There is one for Hybrid Learners and another for Fully Remote Learners. The key reminder for Hybrid Learners is remembering to self-certify each morning before your child enters the building each day.
If your child is riding the bus for the first time this year, please remember that they must complete this FORM and give it to their bus drivers when they get on the bus on Tuesday Morning. You may check route information HERE. If you have any questions about this form or your child's bus route, please call Morris Community Schools Shared Transportation at 815-416-1745.
A change to our Hybrid Learning is that K-5 students who attend school will get their Specials (PE, ART, and MUSIC) done at school and will no longer need to do remote Special Classes. Fully Remote students will need to do them since it is a part of our K-5 Curriculum. 6th-8th Grade will still have Brain Breaks and may complete some of their PE requirements during this time. The teachers will provide more information next week. Jr High Health and Electives will still be fully remote. Please contact your child's teacher with any questions.
